Thanks, Will. I have learned today from a reader comment that Tobermory, the town where we stayed for a week on the Isle of Mull, is the name of a talking cat in the fiction of Saki (aka Hector Hugo Munro). So I'm thinking of Tobermory Smith Smith: Pretty good.
