Yes, Stephen, and, you know, Florida is something of a model for other states. Right now, I'd be nervous about living in Florida if I had kids in public schools, and if I were in academia, I'd certainly avoid the public universities there. But what about other states, like my old home state of South Dakota? I think we hear more about Florida because its population and its ambitious governor give it outsized impact, but the sorts of issues that scare us about Florida are surely present elsewhere now, or soon will be.
